Green Station, the first restaurant designed, created and financed by Pedon that opens its doors in the central Via Spadari, the Via del Gusto in the heart of Milan. One goal is to create the first fast casual international restaurant chain that makes sustainability its main value, even in the gastronomic proposal based on cereals, legumes and seeds, vegetable sources of proteins, 100% natural and not Ogm.
