PASTIFICIO BARACCO

The Slow Food award winner “Best agnolotto of Monferrato” comes to Milan: from
Friday 12 October 2018 the Milanese will find stuffed pasta, sauces and regional
specialties signed by “Pastificio Baracco” in Via Losanna 14. A team of two Milanese
partners, passionate about quality, has created this place to honour the excellence of
Monferrato: a reference point for the best of Piedmontese gastronomy, in a modern
and welcoming space.
