OFFICINA DEL GUSTO

The Officina del Gusto, Snodo’s gourmet restaurant, in the heart of the
OGR – Officine Grandi Riparazioni, features a large open kitchen, the
stage for a never ending succession of cooks at work. Officina del Gusto
features about seventy well-spaced seats with elegant wooden and corian
tables. The ambiance is very cozy, despite being dominated by the
two imposing tanks that contained the water for washing the railway
material of the former factory. The restaurant features a sophisticated
culinary offer, with high quality raw ingredients and a well stocked wine
list, with foreign labels too.
