Slowly, with its very informal atmosphere, is an eclectic cocktail bar – restaurant located in the ancient Palazzo Davanzati. Spread on two floors, it has a metropolitan design that blends perfectly with the historical location it has. This restaurant offers a light lunch buffet with variuos menus, an every day apertif and a testing menu. You must try the Sunday and Tuesday fish buffet aperitif. Everyday till 2 a.m. you can choose among some mini menus with french and italian cheeses’ selection, cold cuts and carpaccio. Dinner is served in a more private place.
