Jamin

Jamin is an historical place that brings memories to all the chefs of the world. In 1984 Joel Robuchon received here his thrid star. After 25 years Alain Pras, who has a particular approach to the restoration and is passioned by modern art and travels, bought the restaurant and the name rights: he wanted the Jamin to be charming and elegant, a place in which everybody can taste the brilliant cuisine of the young and talented Chef David Legrand. The two men have created togheter classical menus, in which you can also find international dishes.
