Glass Hostaria is Trastevere’s rare pearl. Design award-winning restaurant, with its mix of wood, glass and steel it is recommended by the most important European architecture magazines. Designed by architect Andrea Lupacchini, Glass Hostaria boasts avant garde design made of traditional materials. The top quality cuisine takes inspiration from Roman traditions, though creatively revisited. “Our Ravioli filled with matriciana is one of the most famous dish in Rome” says one of the owner, Fabio Spada, “we can say that our cuisine is creative-Mediterranean”.
