This time it is the passion of Gioacchino Cuminale and Dany Di Giuseppe for good food that gives life to the new dolce vita of Rome. La Pariolina has become a meeting spot for young people, with its high-leavened pizzas, traditional cuisine and flavours, select cold-cuts and cheeses, craft beers from Belgium, Germany and France, a wine list featuring over 90 labels, and its focus on rarer meat specialties such as buffalo and tagliata di cinta senese. The kitchen closes at 1 o’clock at night, which is good news for night hawks in northern Rome.
