In an essential space, joyful and full of energy designed by young architect designers from the Supercake studio, the Mantra Raw Vegan does not cook anything so as to retain, according to the raw vegan principle, the nutritious properties of the food unaltered. The kitchen is replaced by the Raw Lab, the workshop in which the chef Alberto Minio Paluello prepares all the dishes. Quality raw materials of 100% vegetable origin, a dryer and an innovative hydraulic press sent directly from California, are the key elements of the tasty and creative offerings.
