Al Fresco

A new way of thinking about fine dining: yes “haute cuisine”, yes excellent ingredients, but the relaxed atmosphere and informatlity is now an inescapable condition of contemporary restaurants. In this sense, Al Fresco, recently opened in Milan in Via Savona, the brainchild of Emanuele Bortolotti and Ferdinando Ferdinandi, is a natural evolution of good food and good living. Every week events are held, dedicated to food and healthy living, reflecting the school of thought of the two holders.
