Pan-Asian restaurant Buddha-Bar Saint Petersburg had been opened under George V Eatertainment group franchise in November, 2012. It is the first lounge restaurant of the legendary worldwide Buddha-Bar chain in Russia. Buddha-Bar’s philosophy is based on an exceptional combination of Pan-Asian gastronomy, its own musical concept and unique interior. Specials from Chef Aaron Stott are: crispy duck with cucumber & hoisin sauce, grilled lamb rack with zuke sauce, black cod with yuzo miso sauce, foie gras gyoza with truffle sauce, New Zealand mussels with chili garlic sauce, panfried turbot with truffle fried rice, angus beef with black pepper sauce and others.The musical concept of Buddha-Bar chain (DJs residents and lounge style compilations) designed by Claude Challe completes the spiritual atmosphere of Buddha-Bar planned down to the last detail. The terrace of the restaurant is opened during summer season.
