CAMERA

An international project created in 2015, CAMERA – Centro Italiano per la
Fotografia is an exhibition centre for Italian and international photography
which presents three main exhibitions a year and a number of side events; it is
a centre for image education which organizes meetings, workshops and master
classes; it is a study centre for the enhancement of the photographic heritage.
Between 21/9/18 and 13/1/19, CAMERA will be presenting the great autumn
exhibition “CAMERA POP. Photography in Pop Art by Warhol, Schifano &
Co”, which traces the history of the transformation of documents, specifically
photographic, into works of art, and which reached its peak in the ’60s.
