Among the first courses: skillet spaghetti with shellfish and mollusks, sea bass passatelli, and the truly delicious Cavalluccio Marino Bauletti. Also worth mentioning is the Gran fritto misto with beer-battered cod, fried lobster freshly caught from the aquarium, shrimp and calamari, and lots of crispy vegetables, as well as the grand shellfish grill — a must-try! And let’s not forget the desserts — truly exquisite and all homemade — from the puff pastry with Chantilly cream and fresh fruit, to the two-chocolate parfait with strawberry sauce and sweet mint pesto.
