Ceviche

Martin Morales opened his first restaurant Ceviche, in February 2012 after it started as a pop-up in London in 2011.  His aim, to introduce Peruvian food – characterised by its fresh flavour and simplicity – to London.  The restaurant also features a dedicated Pisco bar where the skilled bartenders serve a range of Peruvian inspired cocktails. The architecture and interiors were designed by Schneider Designers and Martin Morales.  The Pisco bar has been made to resemble a cool fish market bar and the main restaurant was designed with the Lima neighbourhood, Barranco, in mind.
