FISHBAR DE MILAN

As you may have deduced from its name, the Fishbar de Milan is a real paradise for fish
lovers, who can enjoy traditional Italian tradition with a hint of inspiration from some of
the best recipes from around the globe. Lobster rolls, or some excellent French oysters and
seafood from all over the world. On the menu you’ll also find delicious first courses, including
artisanal gold-drawn pasta served with lobster, clams and seafood. Recently opened in 2018
is a new spot on Poltu Quatu, a restaurant and lounge where you’ll find cured meats and
new dishes on the menu: a real must-visit! The restaurant also boasts an excellent wine list
including fine labels such as Jermann.
