This is a revolutionary idea for a city like Milan: baking bread in a Collective
Oven as once happened in the countryside and villages that shared a single oven
to be used by groups of houses and hamlets. A single oven used by housewives
who cooked meat, vegetables, pastries and cereals and then finally bread as the
temperature cooled.
