Fuor d’acqua

In the heart of Florence town centre within walking distance from porta San Frediano lies Four d’acqua: true sea flavour in the ancient Florentine tradition. Opened in 2000 out of an old carriages warehouse, it was renovated respecting the original features of Tuscan architecture. The excellent quality of the fish arriving daily from the port of Viareggio, expertly cooked and served with professionalism and competence in a simple, friendly and festive yet elegant atmosphere, are the essential elements that have brought the restaurant to success. Scampi, cicadas, shrimp, lobsters and fish of seabed, coming from afternoon last catch of the day, arrive at the restaurant after the first customers.
