HÔTEL HERMITAGE

At the launch of Hotel de Paris its neighbour, Hotel Hermitage, was merely a humble inn surrounded by olive and orange trees. Fast forward to 1900, and you a have a globally renowned hotel, reflecting both contemporary taste and a design influence from The Royal Palace. In 1928, SBM became seduced by Hotel Hermitage’s enchanting (over the harbour and “le Rocher” (“the Rock”) and wonderfully romantic views and included the hotel in their investments.
