I FRATI ROSSI

Since 1994, Graziella Traverso and Gabriele Baldereschi have been managing the restaurant I Frati Rossi. They are located in Porto Cervo, in the Pantogia area, within the Alto Pevero village. Graziella Traverso oversees a cuisine with a clear focus on seafood, while also embracing the delicacies of the Sardinian hinterland. Gabriele Baldereschi takes care of the dining room and the wine selection, which features numerous Sardinian labels.
