After Rome and Milan, Il Marchese lands in Poltu Quatu with a pop-up edition. The venue, with 80 seats mostly arranged on a scenic terrace, echoes the signature style of Il Marchese, inspired by Alberto Sordi’s film Il Marchese del Grillo: a perfect blend of 19th-century Parisian allure and the simplicity of traditional Roman taverns. The menu, once again curated by Chef Daniele Roppo, features both the timeless classics of Il Marchese — including the iconic Roman pasta dishes — and seafood creations inspired by Sardinian cuisine, made with local ingredients. The lunch offering is lighter but always prepared with top-quality products. L’Amaro Bar, Il Marchese’s renowned bar, is a must-visit destination in the mixology scene. The drink selection includes classic cocktails and a series of summer signature creations inspired by Sardinian products and traditions.
