La Boulangerie de Papa

The Bertrand Group opened in 2005 a tastefully decorated bakery in the Saint Michel area, La Boulangerie de Papa. It’s rustic and warm feel is given by the fact that it’s entirely made of natural wood and it offers many types of bread, pastries and quiches to taste on the terrace or to take-away and also various products of high gastronomy to buy. All the recipes are processed by Christian Vabret who received in 1986 the gold medal in the competition of the Best Baker in France.
