LE VITEL ETONNE

The name is a play on words between the French and the Piedmontese that takes its cue from the expression “amazed” of the Vitello Gioele and recalls the piemontesissimo vitel tonné, a fixed dish in all our menus. All the first fresh pasta, bread and desserts are our daily production. The menu, comes from what best offers the market, the season and the tradition of Piedmontese cuisine.
