Leopoldo Procacci

In the heart of Florence there is one of the oldest delis in the city. Founded in 1885, the company Procacci, with its historical, artistic and hand crafts heritage, quickly gained wide reputation among the public with its specialties linked to the processing of truffles. The workshop, pervaded by the unmistakable scent of truffle, with its walnut shelves and its green liberty style marble bar counter still preserves intact the sober and fresh atmosphere of the early twentieth century Florence.
