LOCANDA IN CANNUBI

Located just a few kilometers from Alba, on the road to Barolo, Locanda in Cannubi is the result of a careful restoration of an elegant 18th-century building owned by the Tenuta Carretta winery. Restored to its former glory, it now offers a refined gastronomic experience alongside high-class hospitality. The Locanda is the ideal place to taste the wines of Tenuta Carretta — especially the exceptional Barolo Cannubi, made from Nebbiolo grapes harvested on site — and to savor fresh, seasonal flavors. There is a constant focus on sourcing quality ingredients and skillfully “rewriting” traditional recipes. These dishes are not distorted but rather modernized with original and artistic touches by the Bertolini-Boggione family, a true institution of traditional Langhe cuisine.
