The meals are creative, just like the chef, original and extrovert at the same time.  Minimal decor, the two rooms rising to meet the high ceilings surrounded by sharp lighting and acid colours.  As big as a house, there is the familiarity of the chef, who is also the proprietor, Matteo Fronduti possesses skill in establishing warmth with others, which leaves its mark.  Tradition is the menu, however, reinvented according to the artistic influence of the chef.  You’re not so hungry?  It doesn’t matter, almost all of the dishes can be served in half portions.  Experience risotto with saffron and mattonella di midolo (marrow) which is a masterpiece of technique  and measure.
