Mayabay

Mayabay is a restaurant divided into two areas: one is oriented to the land of the Rising Sun,and offers the best raw fish with a skilful blend of authenticity and modernity, while the otherone offers a fine balance of flavours from Thailand. In the Japanese area, the Japanese chefRyuji Kakizaki operates, while in the Thai one, works the chef Christophe Dupuy.
