NISHIKI

In the up-and-coming area of Scalo Romana, retro and vintage elegance characterises the refurbishment of the Japanese restaurant NISHIKI, where shades of oil blue and emerald green dominate the Pantone Shaded Spruce colour palette. When renovating the restaurant, Xiaobo Zhou and his wife Alessandra looked to the Milanese architecture firm Naos Design SRL to create a contemporary
setting with international inspiration, where you can dine in separate rooms or choose from a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, carpaccio, tartare or special “Spoon” and “Roll” dishes.
