The Osteria Antiche Sere is a typically Piedmontese trattoria. The rooms of the
tavern, born where once there was a bowling club, are made up of 3 small rooms
in which some characteristic furnishing elements have been maintained that create
an atmosphere of an old, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine prepared
by Daniele Rota with the collaboration of Claudio Zambolo is strictly Piedmontese,
with some novarese dishes recalling Ghemme, country of origin of the Rota.
