The San Giors, born in 1815, is the second restaurant and the second oldest
hotel in the city. Simona Vlaic took over the entire structure in the summer
of 2017 and restored it to make it a protagonist of the local food and the hotel
industry. The three-star hotel has 13 rooms, one different from the other, which
houses the works of local and international artists. The restaurant offers the
best dishes of Piedmontese cuisine: veal with tuna sauce, plin with roast sauce,
bagna caôda, braised in red wine, bônet and real Piedmontese boiled meat to
accompany with a good wine, chosen from a rich selection of labels . San Giors
is a place to rediscover the most authentic flavors of the Piedmontese tradition.
The Chef, Paolo Ribotto, arrives at the San Giors after having measured himself
with many different realities, from starred restaurants to top-level hotel
facilities, to help make it a place to rediscover ancient flavors.
