DABASS

Having recently opened not far away, in the south of Porta Romana, Dabass – “bottom
down” as the local dialect suggests – is a cocktail bar-cum-kitchen, a formula
that is currently converting many Italian cities. Guests eat what’s available on the
day, a few dishes that change frequently, with only a handful of good quality ingredients
in each dish, along with some herbs and spices. A four-dish tapas tasting is
also available.
